During your consultation, we will collect information such as location, date and time of event, theme/colors, type of event, whether it is indoor or outdoor, how many guests, what your vision is for the event, and what you'd like to see included in your package.
After your consultation, you will be quoted a price. You will have an opportunity to think it through, of course! Once you let us know you'd like to proceed with booking, you will receive an invoice for the non-refundable deposit. When your deposit is paid, your date will be booked!
A la carte bookings: You will receive an emailed receipt and a copy of our policy and procedures.
Full event bookings (weddings, galas, proms, etc): You will receive an electronic contract that will require your electronic signature within 24 hours.
During the weeks leading up to your event, you will receive auto-generated event reminders and invoice reminders for your remaining balance.
